The MINIMOO studio from Cracow – premium minimalist interiors

A modern living room with wooden built-in and designer tables.

Love for quality and exquisite materials, precision of details, individual approach and fascination with art – it all makes the designs of the Cracow-based MINIMOO studio stand out with their unique flair. The Studio was initiated by Marta Pala-Szczerbak, a member of the Association of Interior Designers. Today, the company has 16 years of experience and a team of qualified professionals to assist clients at every stage of the project and turnkey implementation, ensuring the highest quality of service.

At the meeting point of art and function – what distinguishes MINIMOO’s designs?

The founder of the studio combines her love of architecture with her passion for art. At the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, in addition to her main diploma, she also completed a so-called ‘minor diploma’ in painting, and received a distinction for one of her paintings from Edward Dwurnik. For her, a natural combination of her fascinations is her work as a designer. Working with one of the best stylists in Poland, Marta Pala-Szczerbak supports her clients in the selection of artwork that complements the arrangements. On top of that, she takes care of the unique design and details. All in an elegant minimalist setting.

Interiors tailored to individual needs

Marta Pala-Szczerbak’s aim is to create spaces that are not only aesthetically stunning but also improve the quality of life. She values refined functional layouts, which she creates based on discussions about the needs, expectations and dreams of the investors. She finds particular satisfaction in projects in which she is involved right from the construction phase. Working with cubic architects, she creates interiors ideally suited to the character of the building and the lifestyle of the household members. Such a model avoids costly late-stage modifications.

Full-service interior designs made to the highest standards

In order to best respond to the expectations of informed investors, the architect keeps developing, refining her skills, seeking inspiration and expanding her knowledge of new technologies and materials. Vigilant against shoddy workmanship, she guarantees complete and functional technical documentation to support the contractors and takes care to implement the finest details. All this is done to provide clients with the highest level of service.

What values and outlook guide your design work? What are your priorities in creating interiors?

Minimalism, timeless solutions, attention to details and the best quality materials – these are the four key factors which I base my work on. My ambition is to create interiors that are elegant, functional and perfectly tailored to my clients’ needs.

Do you have a favourite design style? If so, what kind?

I work in various styles, but I particularly appreciate minimalism and timeless solutions. I combine my worskshop experience and aesthetic sense with a fresh perspective and indivdual approach to each space.

What materials and technologies do you most like to use in your projects?

Above all, natural materials such as stone, wood, high-quality fabrics and large-format panels. I love designer lighting and finely crafted furniture details that add character to interiors.

What are your experiences of working with clients? What do you think is the key to a successful collaboration?

Communication, understanding the investor’s needs and full commitment – both the client’s and mine. I always try to listen to my clients’ expectations and offer them solutions that not only meet their requirements, but also make a positive impact on their daily lives.

Can you describe the most interesting project you have worked on?

I don’t have one favourite. I find each one a creative challenge. I am certainly happy when I can go design crazy, i.e. when my ideas and proposals are almost entirely accepted.

Do you offer a consultation service?

No, I have complex projects on offer, but I’m starting to think about introducing a consultancy service, so I’m open.
