Martyna Florkiewicz-Pietrzak – the founder of the studio –– graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a Master’s degree in Architecture. She had gained valuable experience working in design studios in Łódź before taking the plunge to set up her own business in 2022. After a year of expanding Florkiewicz Studio, the architect was joined by her business mentor, and privately her brother-in-law, Damian Rybiński. The management graduate from the University of Łódź has worked for global corporations such as Deloitte and BNP Paribas, as well as run his own business in the IT industry.
Damian is in charge of initial client contact, development initiatives, website maintenance and organisational issues. His support enables Martyna to concentrate fully on her creative work. A great synergy in which everyone focuses on what they are good at means that Florkiewicz Studio provides a professional and quality service, and every project carried out by Martyna Florkiewicz-Pietrzak is finely detailed and executed with full commitment.
