Marzena Miszczyk is a qualified interior designer with almost 20 years of experience. Before she decided to focus on designing spaces, she had been involved in design in a broad sense. Today, she draws on this experience by running Minterior – her own interior design studio.
The birth of a passion – how to discover one’s own path?
Marzena Miszczyk, the founder of the Minterior studio, started her business adventure at an early age, when she was only 20. Since 2001, she has been involved in a wide range of design projects on her own – from graphic design to product design and packaging. The turning point in her journey and career came in 2005, when she discovered that her greatest passion was interior design, which she sees as a way of making people’s everyday lives better and friendlier. She puts her degree in interior design, completed with honours, and her diverse experience to use today, running her own studio, which has a motto of: ‘By changing interiors, we change our whole life!’.
The Minterior studio – interior designs combining respect for the past with modern comfort
Marzena Miszczyk regards each new project as a new story and always makes sure that the space expresses the owners’ character. She works in a variety of styles, although modern classic is closest to her heart. He loves interiors with soul and history, while appreciating the freshness of contemporary solutions. It is in the fusion of the classic with a modern twist that she sees the key to timelessness.
In addition to standard projects, the Minterior studio’s portfolio also includes the interior renovation of a historic townhouse. The place was in need of a general renovation – from new screeds to plastering. At the same time, the main consideration was to preserve original elements such as the floor and stucco, so the project required not only great respect for the existing fabric, but also precision and skill. The end result made up for all the difficulties.
