Z3Z ARCHITEKCI – a close-knit team ready for any challenge
The Z3Z ARCHITEKCI studio was set up in 2011 by Mateusz Zajkowski, a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. From the beginning, its goal has been to create smart, functional and beautiful spaces according to the idea of ‘less is more’. The studio brings together experienced architects, full of passion that drives them to take on a variety of challenges. The close-knit team has a track record of delivering residential, hotel, retail, commercial and even laboratory buildings, but their real area of expertise is high-end detached houses. This type of projects gives architects the opportunity to explore the unique characteristics of different parts of the world, meet people and fully realise their creative passion.
Modern detached house designs with international successes
Z3Z Architect’s designs are renowned worldwide. One of the most prestigious architecture portals ArchDaily has awarded their houses twice: ‘The House Blended into the Forest’ was recognised as one of the world’s 50 best residential projects of 2021, and ‘The Star House’ was nominated for the ArchDaily Building of the year 2020 award. The studio has also won a double A’design Award – known as the Oscars of architecture – the Iconic Awards, and the European Property Award, as well as the Archilovers Best Project distinction. International successes have resulted in the studio headed by Mateusz Zajkowski completing commissions not only in Poland, but all over the world.
